The Font used in Freitag is a modification of Antiqua. We have adapted this font specially for Freitag together with Lucas de Groot and developed it further in 6 different styles.

COVER
The main picture on the front-page is displayed in a landscape format. To differ from other publications and to create a distinctive design, we decided to use illustrations with a political content for the front page.
